Meet Pastor Ericka “PEP” Parker
Pastor Ericka Parker, affectionately known as “PEP,” is a licensed and ordained minister, global empowerment leader, and passionate advocate for women and youth. Based in Frisco, Texas, she has dedicated more than 30 years to ministry, much of which was spent serving and leading in San Diego, California.
In 2015, she was elevated to the position of Associate Pastor and served faithfully at City of Hope International until relocating to Texas. Her life’s mission is simple yet powerful: to help others—especially women and children—discover their God-given purpose and walk boldly in faith, power, and authenticity.
Founder of PEPTalk Women’s Global Empowerment
As the visionary founder of PEPTalk Women’s Global Empowerment, Pastor Ericka leads a dynamic movement dedicated to uplifting, equipping, and uniting women through prayer, teaching, mentorship, and community.
Her ministry inspires believers to live out their faith courageously and practically—anchored in the belief that “prayer is the key and faith unlocks the door.” Through her Morning Prayer Call, she connects women from around the world in faith and fellowship.
Ministry, Marketplace, and Mission
Pastor Ericka is a proud member of The Bridge Frisco under the leadership of Pastor Sheryl Brady, where she serves as an Elder and volunteers with the Thrive Women’s Ministry. She continues to empower women to grow spiritually, lead boldly, and walk in divine purpose.
Beyond the pulpit, she serves as CEO of Parsan Wade Search, a boutique direct-placement firm connecting corporations nationwide with top-tier talent. Her leadership seamlessly bridges ministry and marketplace, demonstrating that faith and excellence can coexist in every sphere of influence.
